who I am.
booking new projects
I'm Advait — a one-person tech shop in the Bay Area. Started in 2021 fixing laptops and building gaming PCs. Over four years that grew into a full practice — custom AI models, full-stack apps, APIs, hardware, the lot.
The common thread is end-to-end ownership: one builder, from the first call to the thing running in production. The person you email is the person doing the work. No agency layer, no account manager, no junior handoff.
When I'm not running this shop I'm building products at Excavated Studios — an SF AI studio I co-founded in 2026.

2026Excavated Studios co-founded
SF AI studio — Onyx (legal AI), AI Media Detector, The Suite (4-exec orchestrator for founders).
2025Onyx v1 + ASL Interpreter
Two solo AI research builds shipped — 70B legal LLM (HuggingFace) and real-time sign language to speech pipeline.
2024Added custom AI/ML
First production fine-tune Q2. First on-device vision model Q4. Hardware background turned out to be a quiet superpower for inference deployment.
2023First full-stack builds
Shifted into shipping web apps and internal tools for small businesses. Built the cadence that still runs today — weekly demos, fixed scope, fixed price.
2021Started the shop
Began building PCs for friends and unsticking other people's family laptops. Eighty-plus builds and a couple hundred repairs later.
