Advait's Tech Hub is a sole-proprietor tech practice operated by Advait Shewale, Bay Area, California. This policy covers advaitstechhub.com and all services offered through it. Questions or requests can be directed to shewale.advait@gmail.com.

I collect only what you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the details of your service request when you submit the contact form or reach out directly. Standard server and access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) are retained by the hosting provider (Vercel) as part of normal infrastructure operation — I do not access these for profiling purposes.

Your information is used solely to: (1) respond to your inquiry, (2) provide a quote or assess your service request, (3) schedule and perform the requested service, (4) follow up on completed work when relevant (e.g. warranty on a repair). It is never sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree and delivered to a private email inbox. No separate database of customer records is maintained beyond ordinary email. Information is retained for as long as needed to fulfill the service or comply with applicable legal obligations, and then deleted. You may request deletion at any time — see section 08.

This site does not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or persistent tracking cookies. There are no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar scripts running on this site. Session cookies may be set if you sign in via Google OAuth — these expire when you close your browser or sign out. No cross-site tracking of any kind.

The following third-party services are used to operate this site: Vercel (hosting and CDN — subject to Vercel's privacy policy), Formspree (contact form processing — subject to Formspree's privacy policy), Google OAuth via next-auth (optional sign-in only — subject to Google's privacy policy), Groq API (powers the AdvaitAI chat widget — messages sent to the chatbot are processed by Groq; do not share sensitive personal information in the chat). No third-party advertising networks are used.

This site is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, contact me immediately and I will delete it.

You have the right to: (1) request a copy of any personal information held about you, (2) request correction of inaccurate information, (3) request deletion of your information, (4) withdraw consent to communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email shewale.advait@gmail.com with the subject line 'Privacy Request'. I will respond within 7 business days.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. This includes HTTPS (TLS) for all site traffic, security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options), and limiting personal data collection to only what is necessary. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

This policy may be updated occasionally. When updated, the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of this site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Significant changes will be communicated directly to users who have provided contact information.
