By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging Advait's Tech Hub for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this site or its services. These terms constitute the full agreement between you and Advait's Tech Hub for services described herein.
Advait's Tech Hub provides the following services: (1) Custom AI & ML development (LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, agents, vision models, evals), (2) Software & web development (Next.js, full-stack, APIs, automation), (3) Custom PC builds (gaming, workstation, home, budget), (4) Hardware repair (phones, laptops, desktops), (5) Technology consultations (60-minute one-on-one sessions). All services are subject to availability and my assessment of the request. I reserve the right to decline any project or service without explanation.
Prices listed on this site are starting rates or estimates. Final pricing is always communicated and agreed upon before work begins. Hardware services (repairs, consultations) are due on completion. Software/AI projects require terms agreed in writing (email confirmation is acceptable) before work commences, which may include a deposit. I reserve the right to adjust pricing for complex or scope-expanded requests, with notice given before proceeding.
The $20 flat-rate diagnostic fee applies per device. If the issue cannot be resolved, the $20 fee is fully refunded — no exceptions. This guarantee applies to the service fee only. I am not liable for pre-existing hardware damage, data loss unrelated to my service, or issues caused by third-party components. It is your responsibility to back up all data before submitting a device for repair. I strongly recommend this and accept no liability for data loss under any circumstances.
All components used in custom builds are new unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Build quotes are estimates valid for 7 days due to component price fluctuations. Once components are ordered, cancellation may incur restocking fees (typically 10–15% depending on supplier). I am not responsible for component price changes after an order is placed. Completed builds include a 30-day labor warranty covering defects in assembly. Component manufacturer warranties are separate and pass through directly to the customer.
Software and AI/ML projects are scoped and priced individually. A written agreement (email confirmation acceptable) is required before work begins, outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. Intellectual property created during a project transfers to you upon full payment unless otherwise agreed. I retain the right to reference completed work publicly (e.g. in a portfolio) unless you request confidentiality in writing. I do not guarantee specific AI model accuracy or performance metrics beyond what is outlined in the project scope.
Consultation sessions are 60 minutes, conducted remotely (video call) or in person in the Bay Area. The $20 fee is due at the time of booking or at the start of the session. Sessions cover general technical advice, build planning, software guidance, or career/learning advice. Consultations are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice.
Hardware services (PC builds and device repairs) are available to California residents only. Default pickup and drop-off is in the Bay Area (San Francisco / Palo Alto). In-state shipping is available at cost. I do not ship hardware outside California. Software and AI/ML development services are available remotely worldwide.
Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith and are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to component availability, diagnostic complexity, or project scope changes. I will communicate any significant delays as soon as they become apparent. Scheduling is first-come, first-served. I operate 7 days a week, 3–9 PM Pacific Time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Advait's Tech Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, arising from the use of services. My total liability for any claim arising from a specific service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise).
I am not responsible for data loss during repair, servicing, or software/firmware updates. Back up your data before every service. I am not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during a repair that was not part of the original service request, though I will notify you if such damage is found. Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after service completion may be subject to storage fees.
Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available.' Except as explicitly stated (e.g. the repair refund guarantee, 30-day build labor warranty), I make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Component manufacturer warranties are separate from any service warranties and are governed by their respective terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, indicated by an updated date. Continued use of services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
